Position: Head of eCRM / Email Marketing Director -
- Barcelona
- Salary: up to 120k eur + benefits
Company are a global leader in providing valuable e-commerce services to consumers and small businesses with over 11 million customers worldwide. A company with a truly global outlook, you will be based in their multinational offices in Barcelona.
A suitable relocation package is provided.
You must be fluent in English and any other European language would be beneficial, not a necessity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Partner with external and internal resources to coordinate email marketing creative, campaign and channel analysis and scheduling
• Direct responsibility for the development and growth of revenue in a rapidly growing segment of our business across 13 different European markets
• Manage existing and develop new programs to drive sales while maintaining an acceptable level of profitability
• Develop quarterly and yearly forecasts and plans for your team, track the team to the plan and make adjustments as necessary
• Perform continuous testing on product mix, creative, content, price, etc. to ensure optimal performance
• Aid in optimizing segmentation modeling and lead the effort to continuously test and refine contact strategy
• Innovate, build, manage and grow the retention email team
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or other relevant field required, advanced degree preferred
• 4 to 6 years of online marketing experience required, specifically, experience with email marketing / eCRM
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong, metrics-driven background
• Ability to utilize both qualitative and quantitative data
• Proven track record of revenue growth through strong analytical and direct response techniques
• Proven P&L experience
• Strong negotiation ability
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Strong marketing background in some/all European countries
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to multi-task and work on multiple complex tasks that come together under one deadline
• Knowledge of foreign languages a plus
• Proficiency with HTML and SQL a plus
