Salary: £35 - 52,000 basic + benefits

Senior Producer £40 – 52,000 basic + bonus + excellent package – central London

We are currently looking for a bright and talented Senior Producer for one of the UK’s leading digital creative agencies based in central London.

This fantastic opportunity will see you working across their enviable client base which includes the likes of Xbox, Audi and Microsoft.

What would I be doing? • Ensure all creative work is signed off and approved by the key decision-makers at all stages of the process • Help create the right time frame for a quality result every time • Build successful client relationships and to develop satisfaction and trust • ‘Get the best out of people’ through effective people management • Record and report on all contact with clients and the status on your projects • Be the guardian of all timing plans • Drive other internal disciplines, and chase them to produce their work on time • Day-to-day management and administration of projects • Manage costs effectively throughout the project.

What are they looking for? • Experience of working in a busy and demanding environment, with the ability to remain calm under pressure • The ability to build trust and respect from all those you work with, both internally and externally • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team • Highly Motivated, with the ability to motivate others • Be able to put together project plans and cost estimates in advance of work being commenced • To have an appropriate level of knowledge of the technologies required to complete projects e.g. HTML, Flash, .net etc. • Proven experience in managing digital marketing projects • Management of allocated projects through internal agency teams • Responsible for monitoring project budgets • Maintain good relationships between the account team, clients and internal departments • Responsibility for maintaining good client relationships
